Shopping Before Christmas Day If FedEx Is Closed

If you need to ship or pick up something, it helps to act before the holiday. Consider sending items on the business day before Christmas Day, when your options are wider. Shipping early gives you time to fix problems before the closure.

Some grocery stores and pharmacies keep shorter hours on the holiday, but schedules vary by location. Call or check with your nearest store before you go, and do not assume it is open.
