Checking Your Hy-Vee Before New Year's Eve

Hy-Vee hours on New Year's Eve are set store by store. Many stores are franchised or run independently, so each location can set its own schedule. That is why the company's holiday hours page cannot give one answer for every store.

To check one store, start with the store locator on the company's website. Find your store, then open its page to see its listed hours. The store locator is the best starting point because it shows the location you will actually visit.

The Hy-Vee app is another quick option. Select your store in the app so the hours shown match the location you plan to use. If the listing does not clearly show holiday hours, call the store directly. A store employee can confirm whether it will be open and when it closes.
