Is Wendy's Open on Christmas Eve 2026?

Is Wendy's Open on Christmas Eve?

Wendy's is open on Christmas Eve at some locations, and its hours on that day varies by location. Plan to check the restaurant you intend to visit before you head out. A store in a nearby town may keep different hours than a store across the county, so a general answer cannot settle your trip.

For someone planning the day, the safest step is to confirm the exact restaurant before you leave home. It helps to build in a little extra time, since a closed door is the most frustrating surprise on a holiday. Consider checking a second location near you as well, in case your first choice is closed.

Checking Your Wendy's Before Christmas Eve

Wendy's locations can be franchised or independently run, and the owner of each restaurant may set its own schedule. That is why the company's general information cannot be applied to every store in the same way. A restaurant down the road can be open while yours is closed, so checking your own store matters more than any broad list.

The quickest way to check your store is the store locator on the company's holiday hours page. Search by your city or zip code, select your restaurant, and read the hours listed for the day. The page's own links will take you to any further details you need.

• Use the store locator on the company's holiday hours page to open your restaurant's listing.
• Open the Wendy's app, choose your location, and look for its holiday hours.
• Call the restaurant directly and ask whether it will be open on Christmas Eve.
