Checking Your BJ's Wholesale Club Before New Year's Day

Some BJ's Wholesale Club locations are franchised or independently run. Each owner sets the schedule for their own store, so the hours at one location may not match the hours at another. A general answer about the brand can only take you so far on a holiday.

To check a single store, start with the store locator on the company's holiday hours page. Search by your town or ZIP code, then open the listing for the club you plan to visit. Read the holiday hours shown there before you drive.

Consider checking the company's app as well, especially if you already use it to shop. It can help you compare the details for the store you choose. Still, the listing for that store is the source to rely on for the day itself.

If the listing is unclear, call the store directly. Ask the staff whether the club will be open on New Year's Day and when it closes. A call is the surest way to confirm the schedule for one location.
